Every showing is a conversation, not a tour. We ask the questions that don't appear on MLS. We're not home appraisers, and we always encourage a professional inspection conditional on your purchase, but we can flag obvious concerns and point out what the listing photos don't.
We tell you what we actually think
Our job isn't to sell you on every house we show you. It's to make sure that when you make an offer on the home you want, you're doing it with clear eyes. That's what 45+ years of Edmonton experience earns you.
We stay with you through closing
From writing the offer to handing you the keys, we coordinate every step, handle the paperwork, and stay available so nothing falls through the cracks. We pick up the keys when we're authorized to do so and meet you at the property to hand them over in person.
